India’s 12th largest holder of US securities

  • India’s exposure to U.S. government securities has increased rapidly to $ 144.7 billion at the end of 2017.
  • In 2017, China was the largest holder of U.S. government securities with a holding of $ 1.18 trillion, followed by Japan at $ 1.06 billion.
  • In BRIC countries, India was the third largest performance, while Russia was at the final position with $ 102.2 billion.

Organizing Defence Expo

  • DFXPO 2018, for the first time, will showcase India’s defense manufacturing capabilities.

RBI tightens PSL norms for banks
