Indian Navy has issued recruitment notification in Employment News of 26 March 2016, inviting applications for Permanent Commissioned Officer posts in logistic and Education branches. Candidates will first go through a course commencing Jan 2017 at Indian Naval Academy (INA), Ezhimala, Kerala.

Qualification:-
- SSC (Edu) – MSc Physics (with Maths in BSc) or MSc Maths (with Physics in BSc) or MSc Chemistry (with Physics in BSc) or MA (English) with (Maths/ Physics in intermediate or equivalent) or MCA or Computer (Physics or Maths at Degree Level) or MA (History/ Pol Science/Economics) OR BE/B.Tech(Mechanical /Electrical /Computer).
- PC (Logistics) – B.E/B. Tech in any discipline or MBA or 1st class B.Sc /BC.om/B.Sc(IT) and a PG Diploma in Finance/Logistics/Supply Chain Mgmt/Material Management or MCA/MSC(IT).
Height Requirements: Minimum height for Male – 157 cm, Female – 152 cm with correlated weight.
