Indian Air Force (IAF) has published employment news regarding recruitment rally to be conducted in Tamilnadu and Puducherry. Un-married male candidates from these places can apply for Airmen post.
Post Name: Airmen Group ‘Y’ (Non-Technical)
Qualification Required: Candidates must be 12th pass in any stream from a recognized University scoring at least 50% marks (note that 49.90% marks will be treated as 49%).
Age Limit: Candidates must have born between 7th July 1997 and 20th December 2000(both days inclusive).
Starting Salary:Rs.23,535 p.m ( Stipend during training Rs.11,400 p.m).
Height Required: 165 cms ( 162cms for Hilly region candidates).
Selection Process: Through Physical Fitness Test (PFT) consisting of a 1.6 Km run to be done within
7 minutes and 10 push ups, 10 sit -ups and 20 squats.
How to Apply: Candidates are required to attend the rally from 20 – 23rd May 2017, at Anna Stadium, Race Course, Tiruchirappalli, Tamilnadu.
