Central Railway has issued recruitment notification in rojgar samachar 17th December 2016, regarding various Group ‘C ’ vacancies under Cultural Quota.
EMPLOYMENT NOTICE No. RRC/CR/03/2016
Qualification Required: 12th pass scoring 50% marks (passing marks for reserved categories) in the aggregate from a recognised Board. Diploma/Degree/PG in Hindustani Classical Vocal Music Gandharva Mahavidyalaya, Bhatkhande Music School / Prayag Sangeet Vidyalaya / equivalent are required.
Desirable:1) All India Radio Grade Certificate in Classical/ Light vocal (B,B High, Aand higher)
2) Three years experience in Hindustani Classical & Light Vocal preferably in Doordarshan/AII India Radio/Reputed Musical Group (i.e. the Group which has performed at various platforms with Artist / Artists of National Calibre or a Group consisting of Artists. Those who have either performed in All India Radio/Television/Television & Film Industry)/Television channels with necessary documentary proof.
3)Certificate in Individual Award Winning performance in Hindustani Classical and Light Vocal at State/National level Competition/ Performances.
Age Limit: Maximum 29 years as on 01/01/2017 for general category.
Application fee: Rs.500 Rs.250 for o SC/ ST/Ex-Servicemen/ PWD /Women/Minorities and Economically Backward Class
