Ministry of Defense has published job advertizement in Employment News of 27th August 2016, inviting applications for 4 MTS, Technician Jobs for 10th Pass, ITI in  Controllerate of Quality Assurance (Heavy Vehicles), Chennai.

1.Technician (Semi Skilled)

• Vacancy: 1
• Qualification: ITI Certificate in the trade of Fitter / equivalent. Defence Services Tradesman Certificate Course Approved as such by the Central/ State Government.
• Age Limit: Maximum 27 years for general category.
• Scale of Pay: Rs.5200-20200 with Grade Pay of Rs.1800.

2.Multi Tasking Staff (M.T.S) (Office) (Messenger, JGO, Daftry, Record Keeper etc.)

• Vacancy: 1
• Qualification: Candidates must be Matriculate (10th Pass) from any recognized Board.
• Scale of Pay: Rs.5200-20200 with Grade Pay Rs.1800.
• Age Limit: Maximum 25 years for general category.

3.Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) (Security) (Durwan/ Chowkidar )

• Vacancy: 1
• Qualification: Must be an Ex-Servicemen .
• Scale of Pay: Rs.5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs.1800/-
• Age Limit: Maximum 25 years for general category

4.Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) (Sanitary) (Safaiwala)

• Vacancy: 1
• Qualification: Candidates should be Matriculate (10th Pass) from any recognized Board.
• Scale of Pay: Rs.5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs.1800.
• Age Limit: Maximum 25 years for general category
