Indian Railways has published notification in Rojgar Samachar/ employment News of 7th October 2017, inviting applications for 21 Sportsperson Recruitment in Eastern Railway (ER).

Qualification Required : Must be 12th Pass or Graduate along with sports qualification as given in detailed notification below.
Pay Scale: Rs. 5,200-20,200/- + Grade Pay Rs. 2400-2800, Rs. 1900-2000.
Age Limit: Maximum 25 years for general candidates.
Application Fee: Rs. 500/- (Rs. 250 for SC, ST, Women, Minorities and Economically Backward. Pay fee through Indian Postal Order (IPO Payable at GPO, Kolkata) drawn in favour of ‘FA&CAO, Eastern Railway, Kolkata’.
