Qualification : Candidates must done 12th standard with science stream and Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) recognized by State Medical Faculty Lucknow /Equivalent.

Scale of Pay: Rs.5200-20200 + Grade Pay  Rs.2800.

Age Limit : Maximum 40 years for general candidates as on 01-07-2016.

Application Fee :  Rs.185 for General and OBC ,Rs.95 for SC /ST and Rs.25 for PWD category.
