- English Steno Grade II (Class-III): 57
- English Steno Grade I: 63
- Gujarati Steno Grade I (Class-II): 45
- Gujarati Steno Grade II (Class-III): 69
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years for Grade I: Minimum 18 and 35 years for Grade-II posts. Relaxation for reserved categories.
Qualification:-
- English Stenographer (Grade I, & Grade II): Degree in any discipline /equivalent qualification + have English short hand speed of 120 w.p.m. for Grade I, and 100 w.p.m. for Grade II.
- Gujarati Stenographer Grade I,& Grade II: Degree in any discipline or any equivalent qualification + have English short hand speed of 90 wpm for Grade I, and 75 w.p.m. for Grade II. .
Scale of Pay:-
- Grade I: Rs. 9300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs.4600.
- Grade II: Rs.9300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs.4400.
Selection Process: On the basis of written exam, Stenography/skill test and Viva-Voice Test.
