Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) has issued notification regarding 26 Scientist, Technical Asst Jobs in CSIR-CECRI located in Karaikudi (T.N).
1.Scientist / Sr. Scientist
- Posts: 21
- Qualification:-
- Scientist: Ph.D (submitted) in Physical Chemistry / Electrochemistry/Chemical / Materials Science and Metallurgy.
- Sr. Scientist: Ph.D in Physical Chemistry / Electrochemistry/ Chemical / Materials Science and Metallurgical. Postdoctoral Experience of 2 years for Ph.D in Science.
- Scale of Pay: Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs.6600, Rs. 7600.
- Age Limit: Maximum 32 years for Scientist, 37 years for Sr.Scientist.
2.Technical Assistant
- Posts: 5
- Qualification: 1st Class 3 years full time Diploma in Electronics/Instrumentation / Engineering or 2 years full time in case of lateral entry or its equivalent with 2 yrs experience in handling Analytical instruments.
- Scale of Pay: Rs. 9300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs. 4200.
- Age Limit: Maximum 28 years.
Application Fee: Rs.500 for Scientist/ Sr.Scientist jobs and Rs.100 for Technical Assistant jobs . Fee to be paid in the form of Draft in favour of “Director, CSIR-CECRI” payable at Karaikudi, drawn on any nationalized bank.
