Himachal Pradesh Police Department has issued notification regarding 1500 Police Constable Vacancies in Himachal Pradesh Govt. Only Himachal domicile candidates having valid registration in any of the Employment Exchanges of Himachal Pradesh are eligible to apply.
Post Name: Constable
Vacancies : 1500 (Male- 1200, Female- 300)
Qualification: Must have done 12th class examination from an Institution recognized by HP Board of Secondary Education.
Age Limit: Maximum 23 years for general candidates as on 01-02-2016 .
Application Fee: Rs.120 ( Rs. 30/- for SC/ ST/ OBC/ IRDP candidates). Fee to be paid in the form of Bank Draft/ IPO to be drawn in favour of the concerned District Superintendent of Police payable at concerned area as mentioned in the notification below.
Scale of Pay: Rs. 5910-20200 + Grade Pay Rs. 1900.
Selection Process: Through Physical efficiency Test, written exam, personality test/ interview, medical examination, character verification .
