Jammu & Kashmir Police Department has issued recruitment circular regarding  5381 Police Constable Posts in the State. Both Male/ Female who have done 10th standard are eligible to apply for Police Constable posts.

Qualification Required: Candidates must have done 10th class from any recognized Board.

Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs.1900.

Age Limit: Maximum 28 years in for general candidates.

Height Required:-

• Male : 5’6″ (5’4″ for Gorkha & Ladhak Region)
• Female: 5’2″ (5’4″ for Gorkha & Ladhak Region)
