Qualification: Candidate should be 10th pass or equivalent from recognized board.
Age Limit: From 18 to 23 years as on 1st August 2014.
Pay Scale: Rs. 5200–20200 + GP Rs. 2,000/- plus other allowances.
Selection Process: Through Physical Standard Test (PET), Racing test, Physical Fitness test, Written test and Medical examination.

As per the notification it seems that only Leh and Kargil candidates are eligible.
