- Qualification: 12th pass with 1st Division or Graduation /equivalent and English shorthand speed of 100 wpm and transcription speed of 20 wpm (mistakes should not exceed 8%) and Hindi shorthand speed of 64 wpm and transcription speed of 11 wpm.
Post 3 : Sr.Scale Stenographer

- Pay Scale : Rs.9300-34800 + Grade Pay : Rs.3200.
- Qualification: 12th pass with 1st Division or Graduation /equivalent and English shorthand speed of 80 wpm and transcription speed of 15 wpm (mistakes should not exceed 8%) and Hindi shorthand speed of 80 wpm and transcription speed of 15 wpm.
Age Limit(all posts) : Maximum 42 years for general category.
Selection Process : Candidates to be selected based on Knowledge Test & Interview.
