Post 1: Steno-Typist

• Vacancies : 979
• Pay Scale : Rs.5200-20200 + Grade Pay : Rs.1900.
• Qualification: 12th pass with 1st Division or Graduation /equivalent and English shorthand speed of 80 wpm and transcription speed of 15 wpm (mistakes should not exceed 8%) and Hindi shorthand speed of 64 wpm and transcription speed of 11 wpm.

Post 2 : Jr.Scale Stenographer

• Vacancies : 105
• Pay Scale : Rs.5200-20200 + Grade Pay : Rs.2400.
• Qualification: 12th pass with 1st Division or Graduation /equivalent and English shorthand speed of 100 wpm and transcription speed of 20 wpm (mistakes should not exceed 8%) and Hindi shorthand speed of 64 wpm and transcription speed of 11 wpm.

Post 3 : Sr.Scale Stenographer

• Vacancies : 55
• Pay Scale : Rs.9300-34800 + Grade Pay : Rs.3200.
• Qualification: 12th pass with 1st Division or Graduation /equivalent and English shorthand speed of 80 wpm and transcription speed of 15 wpm (mistakes should not exceed 8%) and Hindi shorthand speed of 80 wpm and transcription speed of 15 wpm.

Age Limit(all posts) : Maximum 42 years for general category.

Selection Process : Candidates to be selected based on Knowledge Test & Interview.

Application Fee : Rs. 100/- for UR (Male/ Female), Rs 50/- for UR(Female of Haryana resident only), Rs. 25/- for BC/ SC/  SBC/ EBPG of Haryana State only (Male Candidates) and Rs. 13/- for BC/ SC/ SBC/ EBPG of Haryana State only (Femal Candidates) through online mode. The fee to be deposited through Net banking /e-Challan in any branch of SBI, State Bank of Patiala, Punjab National Bank and IDBI Bank.
