Educational Qualification: Candidates should have done BA/B.Sc/ equivalent from a recognized University with Punjabi as one of the subjects in 10th class. Candidates should have a speed of 80 wpm in English shorthand and transcription of the same @20 wpm. Proficiency in operations of computer is also required.
Scale of Pay: Rs.5910-20200 + Grade Pay Rs.2800.
Age Limit: Maximum 37 years in case of general candidates.
