• Agro-Forestry: 1st Class M.Sc in Forestry / Agriculture with Specialization in Agro-Forestry.
• Genetics: 1st class M.Sc in Forestry with Specialization in Forest Genetics/Tree Breeding/Tree Propagation.
• Biotechnology: 1st class M.Sc in Biotechnology with Specialization in Plant Biotechnology / Plant Molecular Biology/ Plant Genetics/ Genetics Engineering.
• Information Technology (IT): 1st class BE/B.Tech Degree in Computer Science.

Scale of Pay: Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs.5400.

Age Limit: 30 years for general category candidates
