65 Scientist Vacancies in Central Silk Board

Central Silk Board which is under the aegis of Ministry of Textiles Government of India Bangalore, has invited applications for 65 Scientist Vacancies.

1.Scientist – C

• Vacancies: 6 – Unreserved
• Scale of Pay: Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay of Rs.6600/-
• Age Limit: Maximum 40 years.
• Qualification Required: M.Sc in Science  /Agricultural Sciences from a recognized University.  4 years experience in Research and Development and/or Institutions and/or Science & Technology in Agriculture. OR Doctorate in Agricultural + 1 year experience in Agricultural Sciences.

2.Scientist – B

• Vacancies: 59  (UR-29 , SC-9, ST-4, OBC-15, PWD (OH)-1, PWD (HH)-1)
• (Scale of Pay:Rs.15600-39100 +Grade Pay of Rs.5400.
• Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.
• Qualification Required: M.Sc in Science or Master’s degree in Agricultural Sciences OR Bachelor of Engineering / Technology in Textile.
