Name of the Post: Assistant Librarian Grade-II
Vacancies: 23
Qualification: Degree in Library Science / Library & Information Science from a recognized University with Knowledge of handling library software. Desirable: Honours in any Subject / work experience in a recognized library of repute.
Scale of Pay: Rs. 9000-28300 + Grade Pay Rs. 4400 + allowances.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years in case of general candidates.
Application Fee: Rs. 80/- for OBC (PWD) and no fee for SC or ST candidates. Fee to be paid by Indian Postal Order (IPO) payable at Kolkata or through Bank Demand Draft in favour of UNIVERSITY OF CALCUTTA payable at Kolkata.
