Jharkhand High Court has issued notification regarding 146 Stenographer vacancies in Ranchi.

Vacancies: 146 (English Stenographer – 135, Hindi Stenographer – 11)
Qualification: Candidates must have done Degree and should be proficient in English/ Hindi Shorthand and typing for Personal Assistant of High Court, English stenographers of Civil Court. Shorthand and typing speed in English needs to be 100 wpm and 40 wpm respectively. In case of Hindi Stenographer, the speed would be 70 wpm and 35 wpm. Candidates should be well acquainted with the computer application.
Scale of Pay: Rs.5200-20200 + Grade Pay of Rs.2400-1900.
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years in case of general candidates.
Application Fee: Rs. 500 (Rs. 125 for SC /ST) through draft drawn from any Nationalized Bank payable at Ranchi in favour of Registrar General, High Court of Jharkhand, Ranchi.
