Educational Qualification: Candidates should have done Graduation / equivalent thereto from a recognized University and must be having Punjabi at matric level.
Professional Qualification: Candidates shall have to pass of English Shorthand @ 80 w.p.m and 20 w.p.m in transcription of the same. Candidates should be proficient in Computer Applications (Word Processing and Spread Sheet).
Scale of Pay: Rs.5910-20200 + Grade Pay Rs.2800.
Age Limit: Maximum 37 years in case of general category as on 1st October 2015.
