Western Railway Recruitment 2015 – 14 Posts for 10th & 12th pass

Western Railway has issued recruitment notification in Employment News 17th – 23 October 2015, inviting applications for 14 Posts for 10th & 12th pass candidates. These posts are in Group-C & D and in location Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Rajkot, Ratlam, Rajkot, Bhavnagar.

Name of Post: Category-1 Group C –

• Vacancies: 2
• Qualification: 12th pass Or equivalent scoring 50% marks in aggregate. (50% marks not applicable for SC/ST, Ex-servicemen and for the candidates of any category having higher qualification) and Scouting / Guiding Qualification.
• Scale of Pay: Rs.5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs.1900.
• Age Limit: Maximum 29 years in case of general candidates.

Name of Post: Category-2 Group D (Trackman, Porter, Khalasi, etc.)

• Vacancies: 12
• Qualification: 10th pass/ equivalent and Scouting / Guiding qualification.
• Scale of Pay:Rs.5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs.1800/-
• Age Limit: Maximum 32 years in case of general candidates.
