Punjab Police Department has issued recruitment news regarding Intelligence Officer jobs in the rank of sub-inspector and Intelligence Assistant in the rank of constable for which both male and female candidates can apply. Candidates who have done graduation and computer certification or degree in computers are eligible to apply provided they have also passed 10th level matric exam.
Post 1: Intelligence Officer

- Qualification Required: Any Graduate Degree + DOEACC ‘O’ Level OR BCA/ B.Sc/ B.E/ B.Tech (IT/ computers) Or Post Graduate Diploma in Computers.
- Height Requirement : 5’5″ for Male and 5’1″ for females.
- Age Limit: Maximum 28 years for general candidates.
- Scale of Pay: Rs. 10300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs. 4600.
Post 2: Intelligence Assistant
- Vacancies: 725
- Qualification Required: Any Graduate Degree + DOEACC ‘O’ Level OR BCA/ B.Sc/ B.E/ B.Tech (IT/ computers) Or PG Diploma in Computers.
- Height Requirement : 5’5″ for Male and 5’1″ for females.
- Age Limit: Maximum 28 years for general candidates.
- Scale of Pay: Rs. 10300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs. 3200.
