Engineer Recruitment in Chandigarh Transport Undertaking (CTU)

Chandigarh Transport Undertaking (CTU) has issued notification regarding recruitment of engineers for various posts in the organization.

1.Project Manager cum General Manager

Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech. in Mechanical/ Automobile and should be Computer Savvy. Candidates having MBA after B.Tech/Automobile will be given preference.
Experience: At least 8 years of experience of handling workshop/Depot related activities in heavy transport sector and in Information Technology area.
CTC: Rs. 10.00 Lac per annum (Negotiable)
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years for general candidates.

2.ITS Manager

Qualification: Master Degree (Preferably Fulltime MBA) having Technology background (Preferably B.Tech in IT/ECE/CSE).
Experience: Must have Worked as Team Leader handling team of minimum 4 while implementing all
aspects of the planning, implementation,operations, design, integration, monitoring of intelligent Systems. Minimum 5 years experience in IT domain with experience of working with Detailed Project Report (DPR) and Request For Proposal (RFP) of projects related to Intelligent Systems.
CTC: Rs. 7.00 Lac per annum (Negotiable).
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years for general candidates.

3.Procurement Specialist

Qualification: Candidates must have done B.Tech in Mechanical/Automobile CSE/IT/ECE.
Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in procurement of Materials for Government/Public
Sector organization with total experience of minimum 6 years of working with following area: Preparation of Request for Proposal (RFP) of projects related to Intelligent Systems/Automobile Sector. Bid Evaluation and Management of IT based projects/Automobile Sector.
CTC: Rs. 7.00 Lac per annum (Negotiable).
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years for general candidates.

4.Field Engineer

Qualification: Engineering Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile /IT/CSE/ ECE Network Certification would be preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in installation and commissioning of IT communication infrastructure including PIS Board, Networking (OFC, WLAN, routers and firewall), handling server, databases. Experience in ITS like Automatic Vehicle Location, CCTV etc.
CTC: Rs. 3.05 Lac per annum (Negotiable)
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years for general candidates.

5.Electronics & Communication Expert (ICT Expert)

Qualification: B.Tech in CSE /IT/ECE/or relevant field. Networking and/or desired experience related certification is desirable. Preference for candidates having Master Degree (IT/CSE/ECE).
Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in I.T domain with experience of working in Technical Bid Evaluation of Information Technology (IT) based projects. Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC); Networking (esp in Wifi, LAN, PIS Boards); database handling good knowledge of security management.
CTC: Rs. 5.00 Lac per annum (Negotiable)
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years for general candidates.
