68 Asst/ Professor Vacancies in JIPMER (Puducherry)

Jawaharlal Institute of Post graduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) has issued notification regarding 68 Asst/ Professor Vacancies in the institute located in Puducherry.

1.Professor

• Vacancies: 23
• Qualification: MBBS + MD or MS or a recognized Institute D.M. in Endocrinology.
• Experience: 12  years teaching and, or research experience.
• Scale of Pay: Rs.37400-67000 + Grade Pay Rs.15000.
• Age Limit: Maximum 58 years.

2.Assistant Professor

• Vacancies: 45
•  Qualification: Same as in case of Professor above and/or D.M. in Cardiology.
• Experience: 1  year teaching and, or research experience in Cardiology after obtaining the qualifying degree of D.M. in Cardiology (2/ 5 years after MBBS) or equivalent.
• Scale of Pay: Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs.8000.
• Age Limit: Maximum 50 years.
