Qualification : –

• Chemistry – M.Sc. (Chemistry) with 65% marks in aggregate.
• Human Resource (H.R) – P.G Degree in Management with specialization in HR/ Industrial Relations/ Personnel Mgmt or MBA with specialization in HR or Master in Social Work (with HR as main subject) scoring at least 65% marks in aggregate.
• Finance & Accounts – CA from ICAI /ICWA from ICWAI.

Age Limit : Maximum 30 years for Chemistry/ Human Resource disciplines &  and Maximum 32 years  for Finance & Accounts disciplines in case of general category as on 01-04-2016.

Scale of Pay: Rs. 15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs. 5400.

Application Fee: Candidates belong to General and OBC category and all other state candidates will pay Rs.1000/-; SC/ ST/ PWD category candidates of Madhya Pradesh Domicile have to pay Rs. 300/- through ONLINE Bank Transfer/ NEFT.
