Mangalore Electricity Supply Company Limited (MESCOM) has issued notification regarding 441 Engineer, Asst, Accounts Officer Posts in Mangalore.

1.Assistant Engineer

• Vacancies: 85 (Electrical – 64 , I.T – 7, Electronics – 7, Civil – 7)
• Qualification: Candidates must have done B.E/ B.Tech in the concerned discipline or AMIE.
• Scale of Pay: Rs.18380-32610/- Per Month.
• Age Limit: 45 years.

2.Junior Engineer

• Vacancies: 119 (Electrical – 95, I.T – 11, Electronics – 6, Civil – 7)
• Qualification: Diploma in Electrical /Civil/ Computer /Electronics from a Polytechnic of the State of
  Karnataka.
• Scale of Pay: Rs.18380-32610/- Per Month.
• Age Limit: 45 years.

3.Assistant Accounts Officer

• Vacancies: 41
• Qualification: M.Com from a recognized University or pass in ICWA/MBA (Finance).
• Scale of Pay: Rs.18380-32610/- Per Month.
• Age Limit: 45 years.

4.Assistant

• Vacancies: 122
• Qualification: Must be a holder of a Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification of any recognized
  University in the Karnataka state.
• Scale of Pay: Rs.10250-25180/- Per Month.
• Age Limit: 45 years.

5.Junior Assistant

• Vacancies: 74
• Qualification: Must have done PUC or equivalent or Diploma in Accountancy and Auditing or in Accountancy and Costing awarded by the State Council of Vocational Education Government of Karnataka.
• Scale of Pay: Rs.9050-23080/- Per Month
• Age Limit: 45 years.

Note: For all of the above post either you must have studied Kannada at 10th level or will have to give a test in Kannada language.
