Qualification Required(both posts) : Candidates must have passed 8th class/equivalent from a recognized Board.

Pay Scale: Rs.4800-10000 + Grade Pay Rs.1300/- + Special Allowance.

Age Limit: Maximum 35 years for general candidates.

Application Fee: Rs.250  by Demand Draft drawn in any Nationalised Bank in favour of the Registrar General, High Court of Madras, payable at Chennai. No fee for Women, SC/ ST / Destitute Widow.
