Indian Railways has invited applications for Assistant Station Master  posts in South Western Railway.

Name of Post: Asst.Station Master (Operating)

Vacancies: 118 ( UR-65, OBC-25, SC-19, ST-9)

Educational Qualification: Degree in any discipline and Diploma in Rail Transport & Management, Transport Economics, Multimodal Transportation (containerization) through Institute of Rail Transport, Rail Bhavan, New Delhi will be additional preferred qualification. Candidates must also be regular employees of the Railways in the Grade Pay less than Rs.2800.

Age Limit: Maximum 42 years in case of general candidates.

Scale of Pay: Rs.5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs.2800.
